Sabal Homes of Florida was established by James (Jim) Lee as Sabal Investments, Inc. At that time, we performed home improvement and on-your-lot residential construction throughout Hillsborough County. Sabal Investments maintained tremendous success in commercial real estate in addition to residential homes built in Tampa’s finest communities until the formal name change to Sabal Homes of Florida in 1988. GENERATIONS Now, under the leadership of son Bill, we are in our third generation of family ownership. Sabal Homes of Florida is as focused today on providing an unparalleled level of service since the first homes delivered over four decades ago.
