Welcome to Florence the capital of the Italian region of Tuscany. As you enter the front door you are wooded by the spiral staircase and the large entry area. Right across from the staircase is the elegant formal dining with an immense amount of space that is an entertainers dream. As you walk towards the rear of the home you find a formal living room with majestic windows overlooking the patio area. Beside the living room is the entry to the Master retreat which has a splendid sitting area and windows overlooking the back of the home. This will make you feel as though you are in a villa in Italy. The dual vanities and whirlpool tub gives you a spa like feeling while the large walk-in closet will make you feel as though your cloths are housed in a boutique. The gourmet kitchen with island and adjoining breakfast area overlook the family room with its vaulted ceilings. You find a game room and three bedrooms on the second floor that have a split floor plan. The third and fourth bedroom shares a Hollywood style bathroom while still being large enough to give you privacy and comfort. While large fourth bedroom has a walk in closet it also has its own private bathroom. There is a tech center on the second floor that is great for homework and computer time.
