We plan to have home sites in Traditions available each month, but have tremendous interest so they will be released as a silent auction and you will have an opportunity to bid on them to purchase. We will take the highest and best offers for each home site. Then it will take approximately 8-12 months to build a home once you contract. The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath Jasper floor plan includes a sweeping open common area, a master suite and two additional bedrooms, and more, all both beautiful and thoughtfully placed.
