Located in 55+ active lifestyle community Ovation at Meridian, the Humphreys floor plan is a single-story floor plan with 2,337 sq. ft., 2-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. This floor plan is a Pinnacle Series floor plan and really has it all. There are separate rooms for the dining and study, and the kitchen and gathering room are open. This makes it a great home for entertaining guests. Plus, the owner's suite is located in the opposite corner of the home from the secondary bedroom and the optional third and fourth bedrooms, so you can entertain while also having some privacy. Structural options include alternate owner's bathrooms to choose from, 12' slide door, 15' multi-slide door, 20' panoramic door, alternate kitchen island, alternate second suite, bedroom 3, bedroom 4 with a full bath, and a flex room.
