The Hollister is a 1500 square foot ranch boasting 3 large bedrooms and two baths. Entering the home, you will note the very spacious foyer leading to the two secondary bedrooms and full hall bath. The open staircase to the included partial basement is also located in the open foyer. Upon exiting the open foyer, you are greeted by spacious great room, open to the generous kitchen and dinette area. The island is an option, but would add a great amount of kitchen counter space. Across from the great room is the large bedroom 1 with an option to add a studio or coffered ceiling. There are two corner windows allowing many different furniture arrangements. The large private bathroom offers an optional second bowl and an optional larger shower.
