We plan to have home sites in Traditions available each month, but have tremendous interest so they will be released as a silent auction and you will have an opportunity to bid on them to purchase. We will take the highest and best offers for each home site. Then it will take approximately 8-12 months to build a home once you contract. If this all works for you, please sign up to receive updates and you will be notified of the details when we release (including the lots available, minimum bids and instructions on how to submit an offer).
