House not worth the money
Quality of the home is poor, used sub standard fixtures (light, faucets, ...) the house does not feel like a high end home. The workman ship is also poor. In my opinion even 2 star is high.
Overall poor workmanship and communication.
Initially, the builder seemed to understand our concerns, however, in the end, the workmanship and communication were so poor. They would not own up to their mistakes and statements. Since our purchase, we have had a roof leak, electrical issues, major wall texturing problems, cabinet paint issues, quartz stone in the kitchen mismatched (glossy areas and matte areas; builder stated that this glossiness will fade back to matte in the near future), garage door problems, etc. ... Dishwasher never worked, once we had problems, we had to go to GE, still unresolved. Many paint and caulking issues we had to handle ourselves. Landscaping terrible, found Styrofoam and other debris under sod. We found out too late there were many options we could have had but were never presented. Sales person promised a lot just to get the sale, then blamed the home office. ... More

Doesn’t have ethics
This builder village or lennar does not have ethics. They doesn’t respect their own properties when building around. Once they sold the house they don’t care about that property, very rude customer warranty department. When an issue arises it’s like a bouncing ball, like bureaucratic issue, pushing on each other rather then focusing to resolve the customer issue. Poor quality construction for the price paid. I built customer home in the past with the same price of high quality. ... More
