From start to finish, this build couldn't have gone much better. Communication (which I value highly) was always a priority. Quick, thoughtful responses always were returned. Everything was done above and beyond code with good quality materials. The only issue we really have is the final grade. While a landscaper will deal with this, the final grade and yard was left with a ton of rocks, very uneven, and were not sure how it passed city inspection. We enjoyed picking the options for our house and the process of building it went very smoothly. I’ve heard it can be stressful but that wasn’t the case for us.

Dustin and Linda were outstanding. The home was not presented in an appropriate way however from a cleaning standpoint. The cleaners did a very poor job. Quality of workmanship is not what I would expect for a half million dollar home. Most of the work seems to be subcontracted out. Their response to issues have been extremely slow.

We’ve been in the house for nearly two months and our house still does not have the ability to have internet because Pulte did not coordinate properly with internet companies to make sure our house was serviceable

All I can say is that I would never recommend Pulte to anyone ever! There is dried plaster and junk under the carpet so we step on bumps all over the floor, painting and trim work is terrible inside and out.. I can go on and on!!

The outside light fell apart within days of moving in when a moderate wind blew across our neighborhood. The plastic mold between our outside door and the door frame keep falling apart, making cold air rush into the building. The water heating system is a mess; when one bath heater is turned on, every other heating system goes cold. This means that everyone in the household needs between 30 minutes to one hour in the morning to take turns for shower. ... More
