The sales people were very pushy, and it you would see costs creep up unless you look at everything in detail. They try to push the other Pulte services on you. The house however is good quality, but some of the things seem old style.

The Title portion of the sale was one of the best parts of the overall Pulte experience. The document portion leading up to closing was seamless and clear, and the actual closing was quick and informational. The Title rep. helped answer questions.
