The home itself and the sales person are fine, The title company was rude and unresponsive. The follow up on punch list items is hampered by covid so not fair to rate.I did find Pulte very inflexible with regard to final walk through which cost us a lot of money and time. ... More

My 'holistic' experience was excellent from start to finish. I'd recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build in a new builder community environment. My home is lovely and as close to perfect as one can be in these days of 'fast' build. My critique of the process was the inability to 'personalize' certain elements, e.g., punch a hole in a wall during the construction process (as opposed to having to wait until post finish) and to manage the installation of height-driven items, e.g., shelving placement. For example, the standard height for their clothing shelves are quite high for a short person to reach. Also, the paint selection was quite limited; it should be broadened to accommodate a wider selection of color hues. ... More

The finish job on our walls is very disappointing. I have never seen such a sloppy finish. Because of that I would not recommend a pulte home.

Waking true the home was ok , they tell me that everything that wasen done right they will come to fix it that was a month ago still waiting. The warranty Manager tell that he will contact us after 30 day is been 36 days still waiting. My advice don't close on the house in to you are not sure everything is done right. ... More

Made settlement 12/19/19. Walked into a filthy bug infested house and had to use master key because ours wasn’t delivered yet. Subcontractors rarely show or call for scheduled appointments. They don’t take responsibility for their work but quick to blame others. i.e.leaking window still not fixed. Warranty manager NIC is a saint without him nothing would get done post settlement. Nobody other than Nic takes responsibility and respects the homeowners. General consensus of our neighbors is similar to the above. When I told the design center what I wanted to upgrade she was rude and abrupt. Called with a question her comment was “ it is what it is”. Which is unacceptable. There’s to many issues to deal with for a house supposed to be new. I’m still waiting for a fix of my 30 days warranty claim. No follow up. Last email I sent before holidays hasn’t been respond yet.
