We do realize that this is a difficult time for builders and staff considering the supply chain issues; however communication, timelines and follow-through has been an issue.

I was expecting more in the finished product with Pulte. Maybe it is related to the subcontractors in our community, maybe the process. We still have unfinished punch out work that is yet to be completed after 90 days post closing. Moreover, I have 2 cabbage/Sabal palm trees that have died and was told that Pulte does not warranty landscape trees/scrubs nor does the company that installed them. dealing with Pulte Mortage was a PAINFUL experience... would NEVER go through that again. We are extremely disappointed with quality of finish work... drywall and paint work shows little focus to delivering a quality product. Looks very rushed.

Overall I’m pleased with the new home but certain things should have been done prior to closing. Certain paint did not match in some spots. Still waiting on the stainless steel refrigerator and it’s been almost 2 months.

The joy of moving into our brand new "dream home" was short lived as we walked in to find pieces of insulation on the cooktop, dirty sinks and tub, dirty cabinets and windows. There was paint everywhere...on virtually every floor, outlet covers, towel bars, light sconces, etc. Caulking left a lot to be desired as well. Several doors rattle when closed and 1 door misses the strike plate entirely. The master bathroom plumbing backed up within the 1st couple of days (there was a spray paint cap in the drain line somewhere between the master bath and the clean-out). There were other issues as well such as gaps in molding and blue tape still stuck to issues that were never taken care of. Certainly, not a good first impression. We have been very disappointed in the final workmanship in our home. We have November 1 scheduled for the fixes so we shall see. Additionally, we do not have the right appliances in dryer, refrigerator and others. Our order was cancelled when I called last week. Be aware of options you pick. You have to pay extra for almost everything to get a decent home. The walk through was a joke. Also they do not hire skilled people (probably because of Covid) I have been here two months and still have issues, especially my daughters home next door. Floor plan is nice. The process was good from the sales(Chip was great), design(Don't remember the lady's name but she was great), and build(Blake was good). Unfortunately due to us having COVID we were unable to do our walk-through so there are a few things not done. Now the home is done and we have been waiting approximately 57 days for a short list to get fixed. I have taken time off of work twice to meet the warranty guy and contractors at the house. He has been a no show twice...and miraculously the four or five contractors that were schedule also couldn't make it. I am supposed to meet him today on my day off...and have texted him twice with no response. Unprofessional, extremely inconvenient for my family, and simply uncalled for. Not Happy with warranty. ... Made a list of repairs with Builders during walk through 2 months ago which they promised to fix but have only fixed one MINOR issue. There is very little communication. Once you close with Pulte, they forget all about you. The warranty department is no better. We have had several issues immediately after buying, several cracked tiles noticed it appears Installed this way and tile chips, uneven floor with dips, cracked driveway pavers. Quality of kitchen cabinets is poor, had warranty work on cabinets and when they put the doors back they are now uneven, And draw keeps falling off track, Incorrect spacing of wires for tv wall hanging. Dripping gutter, house lacked final cleaning with dried grout or caulk on floor and very difficult to get off.
