We learned that we can buy new construction for same price as older homes..We did not realize a new community is a great place to meet people more then a exist. Absolutely love my new home at Preston Square!! The entire process was seamless and the build team led by Mark as amazing. Having been in my home for a few months, I have found it well worth the wait and it feels wonderful to come home daily.

Pulte builds a great home....the workmanship is top notch and they make sure it is done right. The homes are somewhat pricy, but if you value a home that is built to last, they are the builder for you.

We were rushed into a quick closing and we do not presently live nearby. So far, we are simply dissatisfied with the warranty department and their inability to resolve urgent issues quickly. We had a flood of water come through the front door May 6, in a rainstorm. It’s rain season and this isn’t fixed yet. This issue has not been taken seriously as we thought it should have been resolved by the end of that week the latest. We would say that we have some lack of trust with Pulte Homes. Had two mayor issues within the 1st month. 1. Howling through the windows. If there is any wind outside, you hear a howling sound coming from the windows. Improper installation or manufacturing problems. Unknown. But windows will probably need to be replaced which is a mayor inconvenience. 2. AC has not worked properly since I moved in about month and half ago. AC tech's have been by the house twice and problem still present. Did not expect mayor issues like this from a new house. You will have to be on top of management to ensure any issues in the new home are solved. Months later, I am still waiting for items identified before closing to be even addressed.

Very disappointed with the amount of issues that the home had since moving in, and the amount of time it is taking to get these issues addressed and resolved. My closing date was 11/15/19, and as of now (1/08/20)I still have approximately 20 items on my list that I continue emailing to your team on a weekly basis. Quite a few of these issues were pointed out prior to moving in, and did not get addressed at the time. We have a long punch list that needs to be addressed - some noted prior to moving in and some after.
