It’s too early to tell about the quality of the workmanship, but Paul and Alex were great. They answered and responded to questions in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is with Bruce, the new home consultant. He was more of a sleazy car salesman than someone there to actually help you through the process. I would never purchase another Lennar house if he was there. ... More

From feces left on door handles due to materials left in pipes flooding my new home, to urine stained “brand new” toilets, and even sour urine smelling “brand new” AC, my first 90 days was far from a great experience. Customer service did what they could, yet I was lied to by the construction staff and ALL these issues should have never existed. I highly doubt Lennar will use this survey review or even reach out to me. ... More

Working with the customer service rep to fix certain things in the house was a difficult process. Communication was lacking, follow through was poor, and there was no one else to call at corporate to get help; were were stuck. Lennar builds a nice product, but our customer service experience at the end was not that great. ... More

Quality could have been much better and for the amount of time it took to build. I would expect more. The lack of options is terrible. The “everything included” sounds great until you actually are in the buying process and you can’t add any options. You can pick counters, cabinets and floors. We weren’t even allowed to pick our paint color. They used flat paint everywhere in the house besides the wet areas which is easily marked and not easily cleaned. We decided to repaint the whole house before moving in because of it. Many neighbors are regretting not doing the same. They give what THEY think makes people happy and skimp out on the rest. They don’t even give you half hot outlets in the bedrooms for lamp switches. Such a simple a cheap addition. ... More

It's amazing the things you find out about the contract you signed quickly along with the Builder etc, etc, after you move in. The Realtor just wants to sell sell sell and the builder just wants to put up a house very quickly!!! They don't care if the doors line up or if the floors are level or if there is insulation in the roof. GET A HOME INSPECTION BEFORE MOVING IN!!! ... More

The experience was very fast. Maybe too fast. But I believe that comes with the times and the market. It would have been a better experience if our sales person had better advised us on the process and with more specific facts on the community and neighborhood and that there is an actual sub builder. The sales team could have shown some appreciation and gratitude for finally going through with lennar. But i guess they are too busy with multiple buyers and the individual customer is not valued at this time. It was a decision that felt rushed and I was not completed satisfied especially since we were moving from a different state where I had reservations about moving to Vegas. The build and quality of homes seems different here. And if I could have more info on the differences with understanding from the sales team, this would have made the experience totally different. Although the sales experience was not great. Customer service is completely different. We have been at our new home for a month now. I do appreciate the customer service side very much. Lisa and Rachel are awesome and are very understanding. They get things done and very quickly. They educate the home owner as well. Thank you Lennar customer service. ... More

Very poor communication from our sales person, always evasive about when our home was going to be released for purchase as it was a model. We were forced to put reservation on home after we were told it was available to purchase. The day it was being released for sale we suddenly had another reservation, we then had to offer more money to get the home. All a game to get more money. We felt we were not treated as a valued customer but more like an inconvenience. ... More

The mortgage process is absolutely ridiculous - the homes are missing insulation - the appliances they put in are sub-standard old - they take away items that should be included every time they raise the price & the houses for age restricted communities are Not Senior friendly I.e. they put cold air returns on the 10 ft. ceilings & not where they can be changed!! Only good thing I can say is in my community the team responsible for repairing little items is good! ... More

We were able to get all the upgrades that we wanted in our home but we were disappointed with the size of the lot and the “lot upgrade fee” we were told that we would be facing our neighbors backyard so it would be from back yard to backyard but when the house went up half of my yard is covered by their home, their windows look right in to our yard and upstairs we are almost face to face. A lot of the things on the inside were not put on right, the cupboards doors keep getting loose, the lights keep loosening from the ceiling, there are “settling cracks” on the wall. The paint they use for the homes is the cheapest paint. We are 6 months in and there are dark spots all over the wall from where people or things touch because the paint is cheap Matte paint. The stair rails are painted with cheap white paint and already having grease marks on them, my carpet is coming off the stairs. They only had a few options for model of what fit in to the lot, if you look at all the homes that have the “same model” no home is the same, there is no consistency. I had to ask for a balcony light that was suppose the be added before we moved in as well as garage lights. They did fix most of this and they do a walk through at 1 month, 6 month and a year so I’m planning to show them all of the effects. Other wise it’s a good home. We are happy with our purchase, great neighborhood, they did make great use of the space. ... More

The way the home is angled on the lot I have no privacy from my next door neighbors. Their back door is facing my back door pretty much. And the corners to close to one another. I can hear my neighbors slamming their door shut every day that’s how close we are. I’m planning on moving and finding something more private. Quality of certain things in the home questionable. Shower drain and kitchen countertops. Very upset about the low grade carpet and padding. I asked to upgrade my carpet and think I even paid extra. But found out I didn’t receive upgraded carpet or padding. So where’s my refund? ... More

I purchased one of the models. It had several issues. The builder did a poor job correcting the issues and flat refused a few others that had it been a brand new house never would they let it happen.

Cindy our sales agent was great. We were told we could close after we got back from vacation, the sales manager than told us we couldn't and we needed to close before we left. After speaking with several people, they honored the original agreement. We did a walk through with the agent, there were alot of touchup and other items not working, to which I was told, would be corrected. When we got back from vacay and went to see the items, they were not only corrected, the person lied and said they were. They used the wrong paint to touch up the whole house, the doors weren't lined up properly and I am still correcting a main water leak that was there when we moved in and that has cost me a fortune to correct in not just labor but water bills. Someone broke the automatic blinds, to which I was told, "oh well." It took weeks to get someone out to get the lutron and ruckus working. The paint for the house is unavailable and we are borrowing from neighbors to correct the awful job they did in the house. The floors were scratched and they told me too bad. The refrigerator didn't work and they told me if I bought the filter and that didn't fix it they would come out and fix it. I bought the filter, still wasn't working. They told me that they didn't tell me that and to call GE. Someone stole my Keurig part for the refrigerator and I had to replace that. When I brought this up to the sales manager, she said I got the house for the $15k less than the list price so I should be happy. It has been an awful experience. I have bought brand new houses before, and being a Realtor, I sell brand new houses, I have never had this much trouble and been this disappointed. ... More

Horrible experience by my brand new home with Lennar I do not recommend this builder I have the following issues and have never been resolved: 1. Significant deviation between what was delivered and the model I toured. 2. Unable to get cold water because they failed to dig the water piping. 3. I received old appliances probably because the nicer ones were not available anymore. 4. The kitchen is supposed to have a trash compactor Lennar did not install one nor did they want to install one. 5. Electrical plugs/outlets were different than the ones in the model home. 6. Different doors were installed versus the ones we saw in the model home. ... More

The materials you use are embarrassingly bad. How can you put those super cheap showers in and not offer an upgrade. The whole house needs to be redone.
