Some minor workmanship issues but superb maintenance support, easy to work with building manager and builder, very supportive sales manager (the best), I love the house all in all.

Our experience was very satisfying. The only problem was with the suggested lender. They had us sending and resending info. Since I don’t have a fax, my charges at Office Max was $20-$30 each time. It became so frustrating that I ended up going with a different lender. A tip of mine would be definitely not go with the suggested lender. Lennar service and all is great. In my opinion the upgrades should be different. Why no money back when not using tiles or carpet. Why not more freedom for upgrades for kitchen. Material use is cheap. Why not full flooring and then place kitchen island. Etc etc. should be a possibility to get discounted on kitchen and pick own kitchen and store. It’s too early to tell about the quality of the workmanship, but Paul and Alex were great. They answered and responded to questions in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is with Bruce, the new home consultant. He was more of a sleazy car salesman than someone there to actually help you through the process. Quality could have been much better and for the amount of time it took to build. I would expect more. The lack of options is terrible. The “everything included” sounds great until you actually are in the buying process and you can’t add any options. You can pick counters, cabinets and floors. We weren’t even allowed to pick our paint color. They used flat paint everywhere in the house besides the wet areas which is easily marked and not easily cleaned. We decided to repaint the whole house before moving in because of it. Many neighbors are regretting not doing the same. They give what THEY think makes people happy and skimp out on the rest. We were able to get all the upgrades that we wanted in our home but we were disappointed with the size of the lot and the “lot upgrade fee” we were told that we would be facing our neighbors backyard so it would be from back yard to backyard but when the house went up half of my yard is covered by their home, their windows look right in to our yard and upstairs we are almost face to face. A lot of the things on the inside were not put on right, the cupboards doors keep getting loose, the lights keep loosening from the ceiling, there are “settling cracks” on the wall. The paint they use for the homes is the cheapest paint. We are 6 months in and there are dark spots all over the wall from where people or things touch because the paint is cheap Matte paint. The stair rails are painted with cheap white paint and already having grease marks on them, my carpet is coming off the stairs. They only had a few options for model of what fit in to the lot, if you look at all the homes that have the “same model” no home is the same, there is no consistency. I had to ask for a balcony light that was suppose the be added before we moved in as well as garage lights. They did fix most of this and they do a walk through at 1 month, 6 month and a year so I’m planning to show them all of the effects. Other wise it’s a good home. House was poorly constructed until now I’m still having minor issues. For new home owners have a thorough inspection before and after you move in.

The way the home is angled on the lot I have no privacy from my next door neighbors. Their back door is facing my back door pretty much. And the corners to close to one another. I can hear my neighbors slamming their door shut every day that’s how close we are. I’m planning on moving and finding something more private. Quality of certain things in the home questionable. Shower drain and kitchen countertops. Very upset about the low grade carpet and padding. I asked to upgrade my carpet and think I even paid extra. The materials you use are embarrassingly bad. How can you put those super cheap showers in and not offer an upgrade. The whole house needs to be redone. The toilets even clog with just toilet paper because you got the cheapest you can find. The price was always changing using one for the first few homes then just raising it a lot more.
