Tessa has been very responsive, but there were still a couple of issues that had to be suspended because of Covid 19. Hopefully as our community resumes every day life, they will get back with us to finish up.

Absolutely love the house, great layout, perfect size, great location! Some workmanship issues that are taking a significant amount of time to resolve. Seems like once closing is done, Lennar writes you off...takes an act of God to get anything repaired! I closed on 12/23 and STILL have items that aren’t fixed. Customer service is not responsive! Whilst we were generally happy with our purchase we found the process to have repairs and snagging dealt with somewhat difficult and the issues raised at closing were not dealt with for several months.

Excellent floor plan, plus Everything is Included quality appliances and more. Solar was included.

I believe all patios should have the screen offered/given unless refused by Tenants

Lennar is a big company and will push you around if you let them. Don’t let them. Workmanship is ok, it’s goibg to depend on the contractors they hire. House is made of goof products but Lennar tends to rush some of the construction in which now warranty has to get involved and that is a never winning battle. Overall the house is good, the grading is bad, but we are happy overall.

Great quality and floor plan. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, however, the buying and closing processes were not easy. It took several months to resolve issues that were identified at the pre-closing walk-through.
