NO COMMUNICATION FROM BEGINNING TO END. NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON REPAIRS. STILL WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER CLOSING FOR THINGS TO GET FIXED EVEN THOUGH MAYBE A FEW HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. I have completed the purchase of my home in the month of February. And every since March of 2019 I have been writing emails to leonarr about the tiles on my floor. No one has gotten back with me about resolving my issue very poor customer service on lennars behalf. Once you have completed the sale of your home if you have any issues they will not correct it they will not even get back in contact with you to try to resolve the issue. ... More
