Overall we are very happy with our home, neighborhood and our neighbors. We did have however about 14 Issues with our home after we moved in. Most were addressed and we now have only one open issue. Our biggest complaint was the continued delay on the completion date. When we signed the P&S we were told the house would be ready in February, it then was March then April then we finally closed in May. We were never told about the delays unless we asked. . So we were there every week to ask. We had sold our home in February and had to rent a condo in town for about 77 days which cost us about $6000 we did not plan on. In all honesty the town homes are beautiful but the craftsmanship and attention and caring of details were terrible, they don’t complete the house 100% more like 93% I shouldn’t have to ask them to fill in cracks or fix screen doors etc.

I found Lennar to be excellent builder very easy to deal with. I am proud to say they are my Builder, and that I own a Lennar home.

It is a nice neighborhood, the design & rooms in our unit are fair to good. We did have so many issuses to be addressed which took forever until Don ,the construction manager took over, then things started getting fixed, he is a good man. The HOA is Ok as of now , but once the so called resort style pool gets built , then our HOA will more then double which. is very High & Unfair. And I may add when the so called resort style pool gets built it will be a very small pool for the room that is there ,which was & is very misleading. The windows are Terrible, the condensation is overwhelming at times. I didn't buy a brand new house to put buckets on the floor so it catches the condensation running off the window sills. Also we have dead spots or zones in our home for our internet. There is NO over the stove ventilation. The driveways in the complex should have been longer because most people have two or more cars, that would have been nice. I did pay an additional $10,000 for a site upgrade which I think was much, much too high to look @a man-made so called lake. The workmanship in general was rushed, so I would rate it fair. Nice homes and usually easy to work with. The exception is the management company that Lennar uses; Campbell Properties- They are HORRIBLE! Difficult to get answers to questions and almost impossible to get a call back.

Garages will not fit a mid size car. G. E. Does not stand behind their appliances. Very slow in fixing problems.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the house. I understand it is the cheapest new built house in the county. However I stretched my dollars as a single mother to provide something better and safer for my daughter. Upon moving in there were a myriad of issues which are still unfixed as of today. I closed in November. I'm truly disappointed in the designer quality paint I was promised as when wiping the walls the paint and texture both come right off. The two windows and the bonus room are at different heights. My daughter's front bedroom window was cracked The first appointment made to fix it was last week and it was canceled due to c o v i d 19. The day after I moved in there was a huge sewage backup and it took me hours to find someone to help me Even using the emergency numbers I was given.I'm also hugely disappointed with the parking situation.someone was also sent to my house on four different occasions to fix my shower door which still remains unfixed. My blinds are warped and the only one that I complained about to be fixed was replaced with one that was even more warped. This is my very first newly built house and I am very disappointed. The people who did the walk through with me were unresponsive and and what appeared overworked. The walkthrough had to be done three times once was after I purchased it because I was told the system lost everything.I was even told things like the garbage disposal is not really a garbage disposal it's only there to help if the dishwasher gets backed up Don't put anything down it because it's not made to be a garbage disposal. I don't know how else to rate my whole experience besides extremely disappointed. I even encouraged a friend of mine to purchase a town home as well and she experienced many problems as well. Her dishwasher leaked for months before they even came out to look at it. I would not recommend Lennar home to anyone. ... More

We bought 2 Lennar homes in the past. We had no real issues with them. This home in Verona Manor has been a headache for us, from broken appliances to water leakage. The response time on getting things fixed is the worst I have ever experienced. I would have love to have given Lennar a great review, but I feel that to make a company great you need to know what your workers are doing and that can hurt a reputation that Lennar held for so long. ... Sales was great at making everything seem perfect. But the house we got had unpainted surfaces, bad craftsmanship, and cheap carpeting that’s falling apart. I would be wary of using Lennar again
