Many issues from the time we moved in. Poor quality all around the home. Many things needed to be replaced right away. Would not recommend or buy another lennar home after this.

Sales person was outstanding. Construction manager was the big down fall. Would not fix what was promised.

Beginning with so much promises and still waiting for them to be fulfilled. So much stuff that is not done ✅ correctly done without care nor Quality there’s some stuff so bad that are already falling apart and we haven’t even being in the home for 5 months, starting from bad finishing job on cabinets, walls with horrible cracks, caulking and pain horribly done throughout the home, ships in shower bath floor. There’s lots of things that could being done right the first time before is given to the homeowner and run a right and good inspection, so Quality of products and workmanship they use is horrible very poor, inexperience who do not care about providing decent quality or good quality; horrible job in lots of stuff that every homeowner expects to be good quality. Builder claims top Quality, best and biggest throughout the US, but after this they prove otherwise very poor customer service, horrible materials and workmanship “very poor quality, ” Home not turn in or given to standard. ... While I love the neighborhood specifically it’s proximity to Jet Blue Park( home of the Boston Red Sox spring training) the quality of work and materials used is extremely poor and defective and has not been corrected!

Lennar is very slow to fix issues after your home has been sold. Nearly 6 months after closing we are still waiting for issues from the punch list to be fixed. Also, it seems that fixes require multiple visits because the people they are sending for repairs are not competent. The latest news from them is that their warranty department is closed for repairs, even outside ones. So they can keep the building and selling part of the business open for making money, but will keep the warranty end of the business closed at this time. ... More

Lennar builds homes fast. But without quality workmanship. Each home is u set intense pressure to build so fast lots of shortcuts and sloppy workmanship is the norm. Months after closing we are finding things that were covered up so they would close on time especially areas outside the house, like a drainage pipe covered over with sod so we had a flood. or on top of the house where vents were installed without covers and we had a leak. The fact that at closing the take $750 for future improvements does not go into the reserves to fix future hoa issues, it is pocketed by lennar. our reserves only had $2000 for a community of 200 potential homes. They also do not pay hoa fees on spec homes they have for sale again bleeding our reserves for when they leave the project and move on. Not a trustworthy builder at all. Will never buy a lennar home again. ... More
