The home is very well built And the included automation is amazing like the ring and integrated wiring for WiFi where there are no dead spots. There are just a few small things that are becoming noticeable like the garage door not closing all the way and the door knobs being loose. Nothing major. The workmanship is on the sloppy side, for lack of a better word. I’m having to submit customer service request for too many issues that should’ve been taken care of before moving in.

Compared with other builders, Lennar gives so much amenities/equipment as standard not as add on and we have made research 8month before we bought the house. which is a great value. However, during the final walk and the first 90 days, we found quite a bit of issues with quality workmanship, some are small and some are majors. Most issues were addressed but the more we pay attention to details the more we have issues with workmanships. For example, ceiling on the second floor was uneven toward the wall and we found out when we painted the wall ; secondly, numerous cracking on wall plaster ; bedroom doors were installed improperly and The edges rubbing the frame when opening or closing ; when flushing the toilet, you can hear the water running down the pipe so loud , which could be a sign of improper sealing.; weather stripping on the doors wasn’t installed properly and I can see big gaps on the bottom of main door: I’m still trying to address all issues with the builder for resolution. ... We understand that Don is a busy man and he has gone above and beyond to ensure any issues we have had with the home that they are addressed. We have however had a work order placed for 4 months now for stains appearing in our granite as well as electrical concerns with a few of our outlets blowing the circuit breaker. The electrician has called us and has not been very willing to work around our Work schedule and the granite has not been replaced as we have been told there are other additional processes that need to be done to eliminate the stain before the granite is replaced. People are great and helpful but the time line they are given to build is causing a quantity over quality situation putting unnecessary pressure on the workers that are doing the work

No medicine cabinets in each bathroom is very inconvenient and will just need to be added, not good. Interior paint appears watered down or just very cheap. So thin any touch leaves a mark

Not a terrible experience overall. Workmanship is so so, but they are pretty responsive to any issues that come up. Working with their Financing company is terrible so if you can get your own financing I would highly recommend that

The Operations team constructing the house were more helpful than the Real estate transaction team. It should be the other way around.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was somewhat understandable that their office was limited interacting with their clients; however, it was very difficult getting to them for questions we had while trying to buy and close our house with Lennar. They were always late responding to our emails and phone calls. We had to try multiple times to get the answers we need in order to move on to the next step. During the last few days while closing the house, it was hard to contact them with questions and to find out the status of the closing process. After we moved into our new house, the customer service response to our service requests have been poor, delayed and frustrating. There were many issues we found at the time of final walk-through before we moved in, but only half of the list was repaired by the time we moved in. We found more and more items that required the repairs, but Lennar's response has been insincere and dishonest. They promised that all items we put into the repair list will be taken care of as soon as possible, but until today, they have only managed to repair few things on the list, i.e. 30% of the items in the list. We had to keep asking the same thing over and over until one or two items on the list get taken care of, then no response from Lennar customer service rep. Only a trickery and falsifying promise was given whenever we made requests for the repairs. We love the house itself. We were disappointed that Lennar only installed 1 outside hose spigot in the middle of the enclosed patio and also 1 "inside" of the garage. Both are difficult to use. We had to spend a lot of money to trench the side yard to install water to the back yard. The grading in the back was terrible and we, again, had to pay quite a bit to grade it before landscaping. Lots of small things were wrong and at first the response to fix them were quick, and now we just wait and wait until someone corrects other issues. There were problems in front parkway where water lines burst twice. The workers ripped out all the plants and as of yet have not replaced them. We've asked several times to have that taken care of, but no help there. Our air conditioner slipped out of housing in attic because it wasn't fastened correctly and had to be reattached, then the repair man noted that a lot of the ducts were not even sealed and he taped those for us. We have had several damaged windows and some have been replaced. Now have noticed a cut in the slider door. Also plaster is cracking around family room window and no response yet. Sadly, the information from one team to the next gets lost. The client has to constantly remind them of what was told and by whom. Obviously, the client will do it since they are making such an important investment, but the support and guidance provided by Lennnar, especially to first homebuyers, is subpar. I honestly purchased the home due to the location but was not happy and am still not happy with all the active repairs having to be completed due to negligence on the builders part. It honestly feels like they just slapped my home together.
