I called three repairs within one month of move. They were prompt answering and sending for repairs. Overall the buying process is great.

The house looked perfect from inside out but when we started living we found so many issues from day one. All three bathroom toilets had cracks on different areas and took almost 2 months to replace all three of them. Master bath tub faucet was dripping for a month even though they tried to fix it couple of times. Finally they figured out that it was installed wrong way and came up with a decision to cut the tub and fix it. We have another big issue with ants, it seems the house is built on top of ant hill. For the past 4 months we are struggling with army of ants that come out in the kitchen from behind cabinets and power sockets, in the bathroom from behind mirrors, and power sockets. We finished 2 one gallon ant killer and bought another gallon yesterday. Coyotes and crows are another issue. Starting 1-2 am coyotes start making noises and disturbing our sleep, starting 5:00-5:30 am crows start their noises. This is really annoying and frustrating, we never expected this much frustration. The city needs to do something about coyotes at least. For future building new houses my recommendation would be to put a door in master bathroom. We have to lock the master bedroom door in order to take a shower because the builder or designer decided that there’s no need to put a door in the master bedroom leading to bathroom. If I need to get something from master bedroom I have to wait till my husband finishes his shower. Hope all these issues are taken into consideration for future houses. ... More

We love Lennar’s everything’s included with nicer appliances, countertops, cabinets, whole house fan, ring doorbell, smart lock, garage door, thermostat, etc. However, we discovered a leak in our kitchen island a month after moving in caused by the builder’s carelessness which has caused major inconveniences for us and has taken over a month to fully repair the damage. ...
