home is beautiful, l love it, but there landscaping could use some upgrades, trying to put backyard in, its hard as a rock and full of rocks and cement when you dig, to much bark in front, it just hides the bugs, watering system all wrong, look at the neighborhood, most have removed the plants because they mostly all died, upgrade that part and u have a house that cant be beat! ... My Lennar home made a new home purchase easy as everything is included, so you are not chasing little details and add on that cost additional dollars.....(included window treatments, appliances, flooring, tile, smart home features) The construction was on time, they provide regular weekly updates, and present the home with a detailed walk through. They have been good to their word and fixed any minor flaws that were identified and any issues I have found after they quickly addressed. I did not give them a 5 star for workmanship and material above as the exterior fencing, landscaping, are very poor quality, I expect to replace the fence in 3-5 years...... ... More

Overall a very good home in a desirable community. For a home of this price I would expect them to polish out the details a bit better from the get go though. They do have Sam, who is excellent at taking care of those issues...after the purchase. No major issues so far though. One advice - if you get limestone tile - seal it right away. My biggest gripe so far is the quality of the paint and surface finishes both inside and out. The interior paint is a powder or chalk type paint, which CANNOT be cleaned. If your kids touch the walls, prepare to repaint. The drywall texturing was cheaply done and has many flaws and clumps in the material, which chip and flake off. I will say that Lennar was honest about this and warned me that they really do slap it together and cut costs on paint and finish. While i dont dispute the overall value and service, i would respect them more if they used better paint in a family home. ... More

The two areas i find poor is the height of the microwave. It is so high to be unusable. The master shower is beautiful but poor design. It has subway tile on floor which is slick. I almost fell. I love my home. Great floorplan.

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite. ... More
