Horrible customer service

First time home buyer here and we were duped. Had multiple construction issues (wrong windows, plumbing issues, foundation not level, flooring issues, doorknobs falling off, cracked windows, windows off track) all in the first week of moving in. Customer service rep told us we were being unreasonable and then superintendent took over customer service and supervising construction. Horrible idea. You have to email and call and chase to get anyone to acknowledge your issues. Then you have to allow the same people who messed it up the first time to come back and mess it up again. The services I received was extremely unacceptable. Mistakes continued to happen not on my end but the sales office and design center. And everyone is extremely slow at handling issues. I have had to write several emails and make several phone calls for issues that are still not resolved. No one takes responsibility for the mistakes made and you bounced around. I would say if have a choice to pick a builder do not pick KB homes. I was also manipulated in giving a first good review that all of my homes issues would be resolved. After my review never heard from anyone again.
