Have some minor issues but have not called in yet. Generating a list to make worthwhile to fix all at once rather than piece-meal. Very pleased thus far and wonderful neighborhood whith attention to detail.

Some initial issues with unequaled wall, non-square outlet installation, and missed areas for paint or paint splatters on darker painted areas. Water not turned on for dishwasher. We love our Divosta home. Our lot is great. The construction aspect was great and our Project Manager was excellent. However, some of the items used to finish the inside we are not happy with. The tile work is awesome. Basic cabinets OK. Basic granite awful. Granite pitted and not smooth and when we questioned granite manufacturer they informed us that the granite came that way. Had I known that, I would have upgraded. The design center showed us a sample and the quality is not the same. Not a big lover of flat paint. Only other issue is mirrors. Both my mirrors have issues with the silver backing. Mirrors in horrible shape. Not sure what they're going to do about that. Pulte builds a solid home but they skimp on the finishing touches. ... Overall positive. Sales staff excellent. Regina was great, she also assisted us with our first purchase. Once Walk thru was completed there was a lag dealing with the customer service group. Not as helpful with getting problems resolved.

List all of your concerns and report them to them to your project managers so they can be addressed. Many of the flaws will be a quick fix. The most urgent problems will be attended to first so they don't become a major issue in the future. When the staff plans to do a repair at your home, have them give you a scheduled date and time. The sales agent and building supervisor were fantastic. Pulte cuts corners on quality and the landscaping they put in is poor for $500,000 + home. Their communities are very nice but KEEP an eye on your home while it is being built.

I think the inside paint could of being better quality,, every time there is a scuff mark on the wall and i try to clean it the paint rubs' off

We were excited and eager to move into our new home at IslandWalk. However our disappointment started with a call from Pulte Mortgage indicating that that they needed a last minute form to close, with less than a week before our scheduled close. “We’re really busy right now,” was the explanation. Finally get keys to our dream home, and immediately notice the lack of attention to details: the final cleaning was terrible - dust and grout on tile floors, paint in carpet. Appliance handles were assembled without removing plastic - now we have scraps that we have to try to remove. CAT 6 outlets not labeled, garage door opener poorly wired. House was not ready to be moved into. It was not clean and many items that were suppose to be fixed were not. These issues were identified in the walk thru. We have built 4 houses and this one was the least ready. Follow up on issues has been good but some still remain unresolved. Our sales guy was great, field manager etc. very inflexible on the options and not enough time to decide on options. Follow up has been very good. Nicole and dime you on everything.

Building the home went very well. Field manager was great. The only thing that was not explain very well. I was made to understood that shower has a bench seat for $700 dollars. What I got was something that is useable ! My foot just about goes on it. Overall the experience with DiVosta was a good one. The house looks great and we are very happy with it. There was a relatively significant issue with the lanai that was due to a complete lack of communication by DiVosta. Subcontractors who can do quality work, but it usually required that someone is watching closely. Once the closing date is set, everyone rushes and you end up with a long punch-list of minor items.

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We spend $ 1,200 after closing to change-out side pool cage screening to privacy screening. This also should be an option that would have saved us some money. Cage company stated that having this as an option would not cause any planning/execution problems. Given the small distance between homes, this should have been available. 3. We spent $ 11,000 for the Gathering Room extension. The work was done but (a) the location of the dining room table chandelier was off-center by almost 2 feet per building code and the standard location of a table and a buffet, and (b) the dining room window was put in the wrong place given the design of the dining room area. We are still, after almost 2 months, waiting to have the light placement issue fixed. We are also waiting on hearing that several other issues have been resolved. 4.
