Excellent quality built. Assigned Field Manager was great, knowledgeable and had concerns fixed promptly. Options are a bit pricy and altering a purchased usually is not permitted.

Ask more questions at design center about quality of upgrades to be purchased.

Things to stay on top include communicating with the person that schedules the closing. In our case, we scheduled the sale of our old home based upon the feedback from the project manager. There were many issues that should have been found prior to our move in. The list has been given to rectify and the response to correct has been slow.

Cannot get the warranty person at the Lakes to answer emails, answer questions about construction deficiencies or schedule contractors to effect repairs. He even told my wife that our problems were "small ". The problems include issues with the windows, doors, HVAC system, tile floors, paint, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, pavers and landscaping. Repeated questions about when and how these issues will be addressed seem to be ignored. Overall we like our new home. One huge problem we have experienced is a horrible interior paint job, window frames around permanent windows look horrible, our outdoor A/C unit has a very loud vibration noise and glue/caulk is all over the floor tiles. When a home is 'built' in only four months, there is little time for attention to details. Receiving service after move-in has been slow and the 'customer service' representative hasn't been responsive.

Not only did we pay extra for, and not receive event for our stove that now is a major problem to fix that will cause all kinds of issues in the kitchen, but our bathroom is pitched in the wrong direction. Someone from Divosta came out to check it and make sure that all was well, only to find out that the entire floor needs to be completely removed and repaired. This will take days.
