While I love my new home, due to the number of issues I’ve heard about from my neighbors since moving here, I am concerned that Pulte is trying to build too many homes too fast in Del Webb Nexton which is resulting in a loss of quality for quantity.

I’ve been in my Castle Rock for one month. Very happy to be here. Very happy with my home but there is some careless workmanship that is being addressed. Not a lot of problems and I hope it stays that way. Middle of the road building for high prices. Cut in shower pan, two broken soap dishes in showers, concrete cracks.. I find this development to be average. I am concerned about the quality work of my home over the years ahead. My project manager has been excellent but I am not satisfied with the HOA management and it's concern for the homeowners. My home has had issues with potential new development and burning in adjacent land behind my home. I feel very insecure about maintaining my homes value as Pulte does not feel it's important to address neighboring developers who could hinder our homes value, fire risk, or the price we paid for our lots. I also find a miscommunication within the Del Webb/Pulte teams. Promising things that are not the case when one closes on their home. I am still also concerned over the cracks discovered in the seams prior to closing. All will show over the months ahead. Overall, this build was handled professionally by the project manager but not by the other corporate representatives. I have built many homes and this one is below average and for the money should have included more kitchen design options. ... More

We were told thinks by the salesperson that were not true Workers only care to check off their job. They would paint over anything just to check off their job. We still have crooked walls, bad sparkling, would floors that have many lose areas. There would have been many more thinks wrong if I did not throw a fit before we move in ... More

Field Manager was top notch and delivered the house on schedule. The overall quality of the workmanship for this price level of home is far below industry standards. I am disappointed with the craftsmanship and attention to details. Del Webb's responsiveness to my areas of concern (grass cutting / drainage and road repair) seems to have fallen on deaf ears. ...
