Within 2 weeks of moving in we realized our driveway had some serious defects. Our Pulte project manager said it should be replaced. His boss refused any work on it.

limit your options we paid over 10,000 for upgraded tile. We did not get the tile we ordered different color and pattern and different name. They said it was close enough. they said they have the right to change our choices in the contract. ...

Follow up was very poor through out the process and the initial walk through was a waste of time because non of the issues were corrected. Our warranty person is trying but the sub-contractors are not easy to work with.
