We have not yet moved into our new home, so I can't comment fully on quality, value, trustworthiness and responsiveness. Our project manager however has been very helpful and very easy to work with, and done an excellent job being responsive. I closed on my new home at Del Web Sun City in Buckeye AZ in July; but have not moved in yet. I plan to move in at the end of September. At the final walk through I was very happy with the final product. My Construction manager was excellent and did a great job. I found the Design Center staff to be very unprofessional and non-responsive to errors they made in documenting my choices and was forced to live with their errors. The builder has low expectations and standards. Builder is focused on building fast and NOT on building a good quality production home, that is too bad , they have some Awesome floor plans. Could not get build issues resolved prior to closing and once they had their money, call back issues take forever and don't seem to fix many of the problems. Not the same Pulte experience I had in Virginia.

We had a home inspection done two days after we moved in by an independent agent. We would highly recommend any new buyer to do so. The finish elements done by the trades were definitely not ‘high end’ but probably typical with tract home builders. The charges for upgrades were high enough to incentivize us to do some upgrades on our own after moving in. Glad we did. Even though we had built four homes previously and had a good idea of what we would want in a home, the Design Center was challenging on many levels. Disappointed in some of the quality in materials and absolutely the lack of attention to detail. So many defects that have to be corrected but I guess it is worth it to Pulte on how fast the subcontractors get in and out??

Great up to the closing but after that customer service to handle punchlist items is very poor. Vendors no-show appointments and continually delay repairs. Quality control in several areas is lacking.

Lot initially was laid out incorrectly. Two managers/superintendents were fired/replaced during the building. Impossible to coordinate any problems between design and building. Disappointed in the quality of the build. They would rather re-do things 3 times badly than get it right the 1st time. We're in the home just over two months now and are still waiting to get things corrected due to Covid 19 issues and shear volume of other on-going construction.
