Very bad workmanship, rushed to closed without finishing the house

The house was rushed to closed by the builder even it was not completed. The third-party inspector told me not to buy this house as he was so worried about the build quality. When we move in the house so many incomplete items need to be fixed, we have to take time off work to stay and wait for their independent contractor schedule to fix those that should have been finished before hand.

Centex does not care about their customers

I have lived in my home less than 2 months and it is little falling apart. The longer I live here the more issues I have. The attention to detail is terrible. The quality is terrible. My cabinets must have been installed by someone with no experience. The texture and paint have to be fixed. The shower rod is so cheap it literally broke when I hung my shower curtain. I’m so frustrated with this home.

The worst builder in Texas to deal with. Low quality and poor workmanship.

This is my third brand new home I purchased and the manner in which this brand new home was turned over to me after closing is not acceptable. Absolutely sub par. Minor issues arise and that is understandable but we are currently dealing with MAJOR issues with my home which the building manager has a rebuttal for each issue we present. Builders are not responsible

Builder Usman is terrible never spent time with me. He didn’t fix any of the issues. I met different builders every time i went to meet up. Make sure you get a inspector. I had a leaking ceiling on my first 3 days in my hole and without power for 2 days.

BAD for business. Outstanding issues, months after closing.

It’s been two months after closing and issues are still being discovered in addition to NOT being initially completed. It’s the little things the workers didn’t take pride in; baseboards not sealed correctly, non active bathroom bent, AC vent installed incorrectly (facing the window which creates moisture), installing the address numbers directly under the light where no one can see them, not thoroughly cleaning the house before I’ve taken possession, etc. Once things were supposed to be completed, I’ve asked for photos (as the home owner) but was told to get them from someone else.
