Never trust the builder for the words. if it is a legal document then they will do it. else it is just an eyewash. never sign anything if you are unhappy especially not on their words. they always over promise and under deliver. Phrases like " We will do it by next week"-- they never happen. Very painful experience...

The process during the build was fine. The quality of the materials and workmanship is horrendous. I am disappointed to own this quality.

Lack of responsiveness and accountability for construction issues.

After moving into our home, several issues were noted. One was the realization that the bathroom tub has permanent damage, namely, severe scratches and scuff marks that cannot be remedied by cleaning. Another issue was several scratches on the glass of the bathroom mirror. Those scratches, obviously, cannot be removed by cleaning. Centex has refused to remedy those issues. If not remedied by Centex, those problems, among others, will forever be reminders of the poor construction and lack of accountability by Centex/Pulte. Below are few items which are really worse than any other builders , poor walls , gaps between carpet and walls , columns not aligned properly , door locks not installed properly , many more , only best part in whole experience is Site supervisor , he was amazing and responsive , but if quality of house or material used is not good , what would supervisor do , I wouldn’t blame on him for sure ,, he is exceptionally good , worst part is creeking sounds all over the house , I personally suggested couple of my friends not to sign up for houses in upcoming pulte properties 55 at the park and ...

The quality of the house is very poor. There are a lot of issues inside the house. My field manager made me to sign the closing document and promised me that he will fix all issues in a week but it’s been 2 months. No one is addressing my issues. Paint is already coming off from walls. Even a small strain on the wall is not going when I rub on it. I paid 3000$ extra for painting. I am very much disappointed with this. Worst builder out there. Cheap homes, bad service

If you are reading this, please move on... trust me you will thank me later. Centex/Pulte homes are very poorly made and require a lot of maintenance calls to fix things that are days to weeks old. They employ "anyone that can show up that day" - direct quote, to the home site. Purchases 6 weeks ago, after initial 18 things on the closing punch list (pretty standard) I have had sent 38 emails trying to fix the new 26 items.
