This was our 1st home that we had built. From the very beginning we had friendly, helpful faces, Kelly G. Was the 1st to greet us. She was actually about to close for the evening however she took time to speak with my husband and I and provided us with a packet we could take with us and look over. Upon going to the design center that was a pleasant experience, fun, exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. While meeting with our Builder Dio, he was great, answering all questions, ensuring we had our weekly updates and explained things to us that we didn't understand. Victoria also is a great asset to the team she has a willingness to learn and ask questions on behalf of the customer. Throughout our experience we had some ups and downs with building nothing due to the staff we are building during Covid so there was some shortages in material and a few other hiccups. The home was already built and ready for move-in when we first saw it. We saw it in February, closed in May, but didn’t move down until June; we relocated from New Hampshire! Although long-distance, the (virtual) process was pretty much seamless from start to finish. Thank you!

This is my first time buying a home and I’m happy that I decided to go with Beazer Homes. Being apart of the Hunt Club has been an amazing experience; any issues that I may have had when I moved in I had no issues getting it worked out with Beazer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is a first time home buyer or anyone who wants to buy a new home in general.

Easy move-in

Purchase and move-in could not have been any smoother. New home counselor Kelly provided valued assistance throughout the purchase process. Prior to the move-in Community Builder Jack provided for a thorough walk through. A few minor items were noted and corrected without delay.

Agents and walk through with Dio

Beazer changed plans with regards to a back fence for the section of town homes that back up to the main road. That should have been transmitted to existing home owners. The individual fences are not attractive and will do very little to provide a sound barrier. Beazer can get saplings very, very cheap form the GA Depart. of Forest and with in a few years the trees will provide a thick sound barrier. I planted hundreds behind another rental to support a step hill at risk of washing away. ... More

From the fist scheduled appoint with my realtor to th e closing and thereafter, truly was a great experience. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and most especially easy to work with. They made the overall process less stressful than I imagined. The process of looking at homes started before my Mom passed away in late November. Once that settled down some, we went full steam ahead. Those at Beazer Homes that we worked with eased some of the stress of the situation and also with purchasing a new home for a new start. It truly is a new beginning/ chapter and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase a town home at Hunt Club. Kelly is great and will help you through the process. She has been by my families side even after we moved in. Make sure you get your warranty list going and turned in.

Good overall experience

The staff was very helpful during the whole process and took time to answer my questions. My builder did a great job of building my house and fixing any issues that came up. During the closing process there were a few hiccups with the mortgage choice process, but the staff in the leasing office worked hard to resolve the issues with their system.

Quality of work was not good, had to many issues.

Builder don't have model homes for the buyers to tour before purchasing, because what you may see may not be what you get.
