We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new home! From contract signing to closing, our Beazer reps were outstanding in every way, helping us at each step and providing us with very high quality customer service. And the preferred lender we worked with (Caliber HL) was just as outstanding! We love our new house!

I bought two Bangalow houses in 3 months. The reason I bought two houses within a short period of time is that Cindy and Shannon provided me a wonderful service. I was extremely comfortable working with two experts. Also staff working for construction was very kind and professional too. Beazer has amazing teams over there. Cindy, Shannon,Jimmy and Brendan helped every step of my purchase of my first home! It all started with looking at property on Natomas, change of plans, then finding the Rancho Cordova developement where the transfer of deposits and contracts was easy. I don’t know of anyone else who got to find their home, have it built, and ready for move in with in a year! All those questions you ask yourself moving into a new house were preemptively answered and followed up on the surprises quickly. We bought the last homes built on the development and I’m sad that I won’t get to see their welcoming faces on site as often (while I’m sure my neighbors have a different opinion since there arent anymore construction noises). Make a list of questions and ask instead of assuming that Beezer representatives have given all the information you need. They can not read minds , but that does not prevent them from doing a good job. Resolve issues earlier than later for a more pleasant buying experience. They had done an amazing job and all of staff were very professional. There were some defects found during the walkthrough and they fixed them, but we had some new findings even in the final validation time as well. However, they all resolved all problems before moving in.

My experience with all Beazer employees have been excellent. From salesman to home warranty folks everyone has been very helpful. One thing they can improve on attention to details in the buildings. I am sure they hire cheap contractors and as a result little things like uneven drain installation in sinks and showers , uneven base boards etc can be seen in the construction.

new condo in this area. It took 5 months as it was new construction but the sales staff was courteous and kept us informed.

The Beazer townhome we bought is really good and we really like it. The layout of the house is great and the construction team has been so great with helping us before and after we moved in! The sales people aren't so good though. They don't call back regarding issues and didn't account our wants during the buying process. I would recommend Beazer homes to anyone but they really have to call sales regularly regarding issues to get them resolved in time. ... More

Everything is well, except the fact that both my bathroom tubs have cracks in them that need to be replaced, and a piece of concrete thats not even and needs to be replaced.

At least in Plumas Lake the builder gives out subcontracts but does supervise the work. The sub contract rush through the work. They inefficient and leave a mess behind. The nice concrete gets stained with red clay and they dont clean it. Beazer does not want to take responsibilty for that. My new home has concrete that has red clay stains all over.

They do not care you after you sign the house. They gave us a lot of wrong information before we sign in like the movie in date. As soon as you sign it, they do not respond to you properly and push the movie in date. There are lot of fixes in the house still. Bad.

Poor layout, poor design, cheap materials! The home designer designed this house with very little thought and outside-in! There are windows in the house that do not open (fixed windows). No lights in any of the rooms so at night one walks into a pitch dark room. Extremely poor master bedroom design that will not accommodate king size bed. No linen closet to store towels and other bathroom essentials. It's all about the money for this builder. I would not recommend this builder to anyone who's looking for their 1st home. ... More

Home looks nice and the people that work for this builder is very good too (friendly and professional) The builder it self is fast however be ready to walk in to a new home with a bunch of defects and poor finishes. My experience at the design center was horrible as the options for upgrades are super limited. I’m now a month in to my home and there’s so much bad things with it that is hard to believe that is a brand new home. Forget about the unleveled floors and Crooked walls that’s only scratching the surface, I’m spending tons of money on painting stuff, fixing electrical outlets, and I’m getting ready to drop some more on getting my “new installed” kitchen cabinets and they’re no aligned just like the pendant lights outlets that I paid for (not aligned or centered to the kitchen island - so I needed to fix that and spend more money) They have a 30 days follow up and then a 45 days to follow to fix stuff I’m still waiting for mine - not that they will fix the horrible things that they did to my home (it’s late now) more likely it’ll just be a little bit of sanding and some spray paint and done. Never buy from this guys if you have other options I know I’ll never buy from them again. ... More
