Welcome home to the Legacy Villa at 1836 Nottingham Trail in Kings Gate. This home has an open kitchen floorplan highlighting a large island with white cabinets and Fiesta Gold granite countertops including GE stainless steel appliances. A double trash pull-out and single bowl stainless steel under-mount sink compliment the kitchen. The white cabinets and granite theme carries over into the master bath and guest bath continuing the luxury feeling throughout. The entire home has 12x24 tile that is arranged in a 1/3 offset pattern breaking up the lines and giving it character all of its own. There are plenty of LED recessed lights in this home making it light and bright. The quaint den has vinyl plank giving the room its own decorative feature. The exterior has been upgraded with impact resistant windows and sliding glass door plus foam insulation added to the exterior block walls which reduces outside noise.
