Located on Mountain Island Lake in the northern-Charlotte town of Mount Holly, Imagery occupies 300 acres of rich artistic history. The community lies on a picturesque peninsula, directly across the lake from Latta Plantation Nature Preserve in Gaston County. This community not only contains beautiful homes and views, but amazing amenities as well as water view homesites, hiking trails and pocket parks along the water, a community beach, an amenity village and included yard maintenance. Before Imagery was imagined, the land was source of creativity, passion and creation. The land, formerly known as Little Italy, was owned for years by an influential Charlotte couple - Andreas and Regine Bechtler. The Bechtlers are known for their large influence on the city, most presently with their establishment of the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art in uptown. Their passion for art extends beyond this museum and reflects right back to Little Italy. As Lennar Charlotte's newest Active Adult community and the only Active Adult community on Mountain Island Lake, Imagery stands as one of the most exciting developments in new home construction in the Charlotte area.
