The Riley is one of our newest designs. Flexibility and creativity are built into this modern and open floorplan. A two-story Entry leads to a Dining Room, Family Room with soaring sloped ceilings, and Kitchen that is tucked to the side, but has clear sight lines to keep track of everything going on downstairs. There is also an enclosed Tech Center that is perfect for organizing mail and paperwork. For more privacy to get work done, close the double french doors to the Study off of the Family Room.
