The exclusive home builder for Palisades is Regal Park Homes. Regal Park Homes is the single family residential building arm of the Metrontario Group of companies, a Canadian firm that has been involved in the international real estate industry since it was founded in 1946. A home builder since its inception, over the past 70 years the group has also focused on the development of land for single family residential purposes. In total, the companies comprising the Metrontario Group have been responsible for the development of several thousand acres of land as well as the construction of thousands of residential units that include detached homes, townhouses and high rise condominiums. Metrontario’s projects have consistently been awarded the highest quality designations. Metrontario has been involved in development projects in the United States since 1975. In the Texas Medical Center district in Houston, a 315,000 square foot medical office building, Life Science Plaza was constructed and is fully leased. The Group has a joint venture interest in a large shopping center in the Atlanta, Georgia area. In Florida, Metrontario is the developer and builder of Palisades, a residential community in Clermont west of Orlando, and two rental apartment projects in the Hunter’s Creek area of Orlando, The Parks at Hunter’s Creek (560 units) and Urbana Luxury Apartments (240 units). Each project, whether commercial or residential, is built to high standards and it is these standards which have become the hallmark of the organization’s work.
