The Denali floor plan is Westport Home's largest two-story design. This home starts at 3,485 square feet, reaching to over 3,600 square feet when the spacious sunroom is added off of the kitchen area. It offers two or three car garage options in front load and side load formats. The garage entry has an extensive mudroom with multiple different size options. These options offer differing boot bench and closet options to store shoes, coats, book bags, sports gear, etc. The spacious kitchen has a large central island with space for barstools. The kitchen also features a huge walk-in pantry and possible gourmet wall oven cabinet configurations. You can option for a double-sided fireplace to create an inviting Hearth Room, or choose to add the fireplace to the rear of the Great Room, or the side of the Great Room. There are four different front elevation designs to meet your tastes; Premier "A", Gallery "B", Craftsman "C", and Farmhouse "D". You can relax on the full front porch. Entering from the front porch will lead you to the majestic two-story entry. A sweeping staircase is another eye-catching feature of the foyer. This staircase will lead you to the spacious second floor. Here you will find up to three full bathrooms, four bedrooms and an expansive loft space as well. The laundry room inconveniently located on the same floor as all the bedrooms. The Owner's suite offers enough space for a king size bed plus other furniture. You can choose from three different
