Concept Builders has built many homes in Metro Tulsa, Sand Springs, Glenpool, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Coweta, Skiatook, and other surrounding areas. Concept Builders is an active participant and recipient of many awards in the annual Tulsa Parade of Homes. Concept is currently developing in 6 different communities in the Sand Springs, Glenpool, Jenks, and Grand lake area. In addition to our current developments, we will build your home off-site in order to cater to our clients interested in building on property that is located in another subdivision, or on acreage outside of a subdivision. Concept Builders employs a full staff of experienced people to assist our clients with every phase of the home building experience. This staff includes two full time Superintendents with over 30 years of experience in the home building industry in the Tulsa area. The professional sales staff consists of Licensed Realtors and Real Estate Brokers to assist our clients with the planning and purchase process. Our in-house staff also includes Design Coordinators to assist in home features, selections and construction coordination.
