From the moment I inquired about buying a Shea Home, the experience was amazing. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding. They we're knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really like what Shea offered over some of the other builders. Some of their options that other builders charge for were standard features for Shea. I really enjoyed working with the community rep, some of the design center reps, and the project manager. The excitement of having a new home built is so much fun and not having any issues made it that much more enjoyable.
