Decent builder with great customer service. The Sales person, Robbie is superb. Issues with workmanship and commissioning. AC was not hooked up. Discovered it when it got warmer. Should never have accepted the unit from the sub.

Lennar has been a pretty good company to work with. I happened to stumble upon their property and found that I liked what I saw, almost instantly. While the quality of the workmanship was alright - much more geared towards rapid building and "cookie-cutter" style townhomes, meeting with the construction manager and hearing about their passion for "getting things right" was helpful. I was able to walk through and point out everything that might have been damaged or not to my satisfaction for a new property. As I have lived here for the past months, any issues that have popped up, Lennar Customer Care has been prompt to reply to me and get any services I might need lined up. I am rather pleased with how well it has worked out. My only real.... less than positive experienced was when I was preparing to place an offer down on the property I moved into. I was introduced to Lennar's "preferred partners" they would like you to use, and my realtor advised me to explore what was out there. Ultimately, I chose to go with a different lender and title company than who Lennar usually works with, and the preferred partners were persistent, to say the least, about trying to obtain my business. We had a leak in our house during the first rainstorm due to a broken fan on the roof. Lennar quickly fixed the fan, but we had to escalate our grievances to get the interior damage fixed. It took 4 months and 3 contractors. I think they are expanding too fast and can't maintain the quality of customer care once they have sold you your home. All in all I am happy with our home. The only issue I have had is with our lawn. We had the sod move on our hill and I wasn't happy with their assessment. It still has a big gap and nothing has been done other then I should bag the grass when I mow.

When a person purchases a new house, you would expect the work to be of better quality. These contractors are supposed to be professionals and do better jobs than myself. We shouldn't have to have painters come back, sidewalks fixed, plumbing fixed, fixtures replaced, garage siding repaired all within the first 2 months. The CM was awesome! He was very willing to get people back in and make the repairs. We passed our 60 day mark, so no more CM helping us. The current customer care rep has been good so far and brought contractors back to make repairs. With the price one pays, I would expect better quality of work. Our yard wasn’t properly graded which caused flooding in our basement multiple times within the first two months. They crashed a bobcat into our house and took a long time and multiple requests to fix the damage. They didn’t put enough dirt down and sodded over straight rock in some areas... the list goes on. I put in a service call for the countertops to be fixed and the first company agreed that the countertops were cracked then the lennar construction manager came and said that he would take a look at it and see what lennar wanted to do about it. I later received a letter to sign that they address the issue and that the countertop was not cracked. You can see it crystal clear that is not a natural crack. I am very upset about this problem and I don't know if I will ever buy another home with the lennar. Or recommend to anyone unless this issue is resolved. We have had to file 7 claims to care in 3 months. Lennar refuses to do anything above the minimum to fix. Not something we ever anticipated with a brand new home. Continue to set high expectations and fail to deliver on them.

The townhome is not level, the trim work and cabinets are all crooked. There was holes in the subflooring they just put carpet over and never thought we would find. Our backsplash was cracked and they didn’t want to fix. They installed the wrong size island counter top, wrong kitchen sink, wrong facets in every bathroom, wrong shower heads in every shower, and wrong door handles on all the exterior doors.
